Planted in the middle of Hillsboro, Oregon’s proverbial Silicon Forest of high-tech companies, The Parks at Laurel Oaks is a new neighborhood built by Fortune 500 company Centex Homes with its grand opening slated for this Saturday. The community’s brand identity needed to reflect the site’s natural, tranquil setting that’s unique to Oregon. Zookeeper hand-crafted the custom Parks font, as well as the identity’s original illustration. The logo will be used in ads, billboards, promotional materials, web pages, and site monument displays and signage.
