Planted in the middle of Hillsboro, Oregon’s proverbial Silicon Forest of high-tech companies, The Parks at Laurel Oaks is a new neighborhood built by Fortune 500 company Centex Homes. The community’s brand identity needed to reflect the site’s natural, tranquil setting that’s unique to Oregon. Zookeeper hand-crafted the custom Parks font, as well as the identity’s original illustration. The logo was used in ads, billboards, promotional materials, web pages, and site monument displays and signage.
