A historic apartment building and one-time hotel located in Northwest Portland, the new management of Irving Street Towers desired a new brand identity. Created to be simple, classic and fun, this logo reflects the character of the building and its younger tenants. Its typography and shape mimic the actual appearance of the building by using the two I’s in Irving, while the lit windows indicate the year it was constructed.
